Application process

The application form is available online at delegate and presenter registration.

The application form should be filled only online.

Filling of all the fields is mandatory

Please fill as NA in the fields which are not applicable.

Complete application forms should be submitted online by the presenters on or before 10.10.2019.

Complete application forms should be submitted online by the delegates on or before 31.10.2019.(Thereafter only spot registration for delegates is permitted)

A participating individual / organization can send entries in more than one category, provided it is for a separate innovation (however, only entries in two categories per individual/organization is permitted)

A participating individual / organization who wish to send entries in more than one category should fill separate forms for each category. One application form cannot be used for multiple innovations.

If multiple partners apply for the same innovation, they should agree among themselves who would be the rightful owner of the innovation. The management will not entertain any disputes later.

The scrutinizing committee has the right to reclassify the application forms from one category to another or reject it at any stage.

Please keep one copy of acknowledgement email that you receive after completion of application form.

Abstract guidelines

An abstract not exceeding 1000 words which describes the development of the innovation under the following subheadings

Background & need – The rationale and need for the innovation, existing knowledge in the field

Methodology/Process - Process of design and development of the innovation

Description of the innovation

Application – The utility of the innovation and what it adds to the existing scenario

Scale of use- If applicable; describe applicability across all tiers of healthcare institutions, use in the community etc.

Cost description

Benefits and limitations
